Adam Gantt

Adam Gantt is a Director in the New York office of DMC Partners. He partners with hedge fund and investment banking clients to build exceptional quantitative investment teams.

Prior to joining DMC Partners, Adam was a front office practice lead for two boutique search firms. Through successful placements that span Algo Trading, Alpha Research, Risk and Technology roles, Adam offers clients access to a rich pipeline of talent. He began his financial services career with IHS/Markit, managing the firm’s relationships with several fixed income trading desks.

Adam earned a M.B.A. degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
