Heather Lawless

Heather Lawless is a Partner in DMC’s New York office. She focuses on Fixed Income and Alternatives searches across investments, distribution and infrastructure roles for Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms and Investment Banks. Heather has been a senior executive recruiter for the last four years.

Prior to her career in recruiting, Heather spent over 20 years on fixed income sales and trading desks with her last 15 years as a structured and corporate credit salesperson at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

She obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.
