Pedersen & Partners Names Head of Russia and Central Asia

January 26, 2010 – Pedersen & Partners has appointed Gautier Vasseur as head of Russia and Central Asia. Mr. Vasseur has until recently led operations in Central Asia. He joined Pedersen & Partners in 2003, first working in Prague, then in Moscow and Almaty. Over the course of his career with the firm he has successfully completed over 200 recruitments at the senior, board, and supervisory board level across all sectors in the CEE and CIS regions. In October 2009 he took over responsibility for the firm’s business in Russia with two offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Mr. Vasseur will be dividing his time between Kazakhstan and Russia. “At present most companies in the CIS region are optimizing and restructuring their organizations and we see a growing demand for our services.
