HRsoft Unveils New Multisource Feedback Tool

August 13, 2013 – Talent management software provider HRsoft has introduced a new Multisource Feedback (MSF) – 360 Degree Review – Module in the TalentCenter software suite to help employers improve performance and engagement. The new Multisource Feedback solution simplifies the ability to collect and aggregate 360 Review data regarding employees. In addition, the module is embedded in HRsoft’s TalentCenter so results can easily be viewed in the context of other talent management data. Employers can use Multisource Feedback (MSF) Assessments, to gain insight from colleagues, subordinates and leaders about an employee’s performance and to support development.
