“The foundation represents the philanthropic and fundraising arm of the Boulder Community Health System, the largest private / independent healthcare facility on the front range of Colorado. Boulder Community Health Foundation is the fundraising arm of Boulder Community Health, the largest and last independent community-based healthcare facility on the front range of Colorado, founded in 1922. For more than 35 years, charitable gifts to the Foundation have been used to enhance the comfort and care of hospital patients, address unmet community healthcare needs and place the hospital on the cutting edge of high-tech medical advances.

Founded in 1982, DiMarchi Partners has recruited leaders for several sectors and functions. The firm just recently filled chief financial officer role for CableLabs as well as the CEO for SparkFun Electronics. DiMarchi Partners was also recently selected to find a new CFO for Boulder Scientific.

Healthcare is among the most rapidly growing employment fields. The increasing number of people insured through the Affordable Care Act has created additional demand for health service. But according to recruiters servicing the sector’s leadership needs, the industry is in the midst of a turbulent transformation, making the need for proven and experienced boards and executive teams with vision more important than ever.
