Ceridian Acquires Versult Group
June 9, 2011 – Ceridian Corporation, a provider of managed human resource, recruiting solutions, and payroll outsourcing solutions, has acquired the Versult Group, Inc. Terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed. Versult is a leading workforce management consulting firm. With a combined 70 years of successful hands-on project experience in the WFM arena, Versult was a natural addition to Ceridian's strong customer services. “Versult's focus on exceeding customer expectations and emphasis on developing long-term client relationships is aligned with Ceridian's own vision of helping its customers maximize the power of their people to become more profitable,” said Versult CEO Raymond Nunn. “Our mutual commitment to generating value for our workforce management customers through market-leading products and services will ensure our future success.”
