She will work out of the firm’s corporate offices in New Jersey, located in close proximity to many of the top global pharma and life sciences companies in the region.
Lauren has a blend of working on the corporate side of executive talent acquisition as well as in retained executive search. Most recently, Lauren was the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Merck’s R&D division – Merck Research Laboratories. With over 15 years of senior executive search experience, Lauren brings an extensive track record of success in recruiting senior-level talent at both premier global executive search firms and Fortune 500 companies. She has broad experience recruiting for a wide range of functional areas, including C-Suite, Legal, R&D and other strategic leadership positions for diverse industries. A former corporate attorney, Lauren was a Partner at Korn Ferry International’s Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice based in New York where she specialized in recruiting senior-level executives for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies at all stages of development.
