Wilton & Bain welcomes Tinder Mundair as its Group CFOO

London, UK | 2 February 2026 — Wilton & Bain, a global executive search and interim leadership firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tinder Mundair as Group CFOO (Chief Financial & Operating Officer). Tinder will be based at the firm’s London headquarters and will join the Group Leadership team.

Tinder Mundair is an experienced CFO and Group Finance Director, with a strong track record of leading international finance teams and supporting businesses through growth and transformation. Her experience includes acquisitions in owner-managed businesses, mergers and AIM listings, redesigning financial and operational control frameworks, and establishing overseas entities.
