Wilton & Bain Welcomes Sam Wallace to Global Technology Practice

Wilton & Bain, a leading global executive search firm, is delighted to welcome Sam Wallace as a Partner in our North American Technology Practice and as part of the wider leadership team. Sam will be based in Los Angeles.

Sam joins Wilton & Bain to support the strategic global expansion of the firm, partnering with the current US team, and deepening the opportunities for global collaboration.

Sam’s experience has been refined over the last 20 years as she partnered with clients and candidates in the UK, Canada, and the US. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 100 to early-stage hyper growth companies, and she is dedicated to partnering with Technology Executives to solve critical talent needs.  She is recognized as a search industry leader specializing in the placement of Data, Analytics, AI and Technology executives within both PE and Venture backed firms as well as established Professional Services and Technology businesses.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Sam was a Managing Director with a retained executive search boutique, leading the expansion of the North American Technology and Professional Services market. Prior to that she held a variety of progressively senior roles during her 12-year career with Korn Ferry, relocating to the US, building a team, and receiving the coveted Korn Ferry Founders Award.

Sam’s career has been shaped by a natural passion and curiosity and she has used this to support her clients and candidates as they evaluate talent and career goals.  She is known for her creative thinking, objective support, and her clear communication. She is a passionate advocate for women in technology, supporting inclusion and diversity, taking an active role as a member of UPWARD (Uniting Professional Women, Advancing Relationships and Discussion). She is a founding member of Chief and an active member and contributor to Forbes Business Council. She engages these platforms to help advance executive women, creating meaningful and impactful networks.

Personally, Sam’s passion is for her family and her 10-year-old twins. As a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, snowboarder, and former downhill mountain bike racer she is committed to creating curious and confident small people who share her love for the outdoors and adventure.
