Wilton & Bain welcomes Jonathan Flynn

Wilton & Bain, a leading global executive search and interim management firm, is delighted to welcome Jonathan Flynn as a Partner. Jonathan will join the Interim Management team focussing on Transformation & Change across a variety of sectors, he will be based in the London headquarters.

Jonathan joins Wilton & Bain with more than 20 years in executive recruitment, the last 16 of which specialising in interim management. He spent 10 years working with Odgers Interim where he focussed on the Retail and Leisure sector and built an outstanding network of C-level interim managers.

Previously he spent 7 years with Interim Partners where he was part of the early team who helped the business to grow from a start up to a leading interim provider.

Jonathan is a Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Facilitator on behalf of the Cultural Intelligence Center.
