Wilton & Bain Announce New Appointment

David Laska joins Wilton & Bain as a Principal Consultant within the Consulting and Tech services practice. David works with a range of private equity firms across the technology and services market, supporting clients in pre-deal scenarios where executives are required for diligence and market insight, in addition to placing CEOs, CFOs and Board Directors and Chairs into portfolio companies. David will initially be based in New York before moving to our US headquarters in Austin.

David previously led Skillcapital’s Tech, Media and Telco team in North America, where he supported some of the world’s leading private equity funds on a number of successful transactions, in addition to placing CEOs, CFOs and Board Directors into portfolio companies.
