Wilton & Bain Announce New Appointment to Their Board

Wilton & Bain have announced the appointment of Tamara McMillen, as a Non-Executive Director on the Board.

Wilton & Bain Chairman, Piers Marmion says, “We wanted to challenge ourselves by bringing someone to join our board who represents the ‘voice of the customer’ across our key growth markets in Digital, Technology and Private Equity. Critically we were keen to find someone who understands business on both sides of the Atlantic.”

Tamara is a Growth Specialist and member of the Portfolio Team at Hg, a leading global software and services investor. She partners with Hg’s portfolio companies on value-creation initiatives achieving growth through sales excellence and customer success. She also acts as a Board Advisor for CSO Connected, the fastest growing and most senior revenue leadership gathering in Europe, created for Executive Sales Leaders, delivered by Sales Leaders.

Tamara brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in sales, operations, and marketing for global companies across sectors and specializations including Information Technology, SaaS, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, and Media. Key roles have included Executive Director, Sales for Virgin Media Business and Managing Director, EMEA for Verizon Digital.
