The Tolan Group Places Ryan Canavan as Vice President of Sales for FairCode

The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Ryan Canavan as Vice President of Sales at FairCode, bringing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, SaaS, and enterprise sales leadership.

FairCode provides AI-enabled revenue integrity, clinical documentation improvement, coding accuracy, and compliance solutions that help healthcare organizations improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Through advanced automation, analytics, and industry expertise, the organization partners with hospitals, health systems, and provider groups to strengthen reimbursement accuracy and optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

In his new role, Canavan will lead FairCode’s national sales strategy, focusing on enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and scalable go-to-market execution across healthcare provider markets. His experience leading consultative enterprise sales initiatives, negotiating complex IDN and GPO relationships, and building high-performing sales organizations positions him to support FairCode’s continued expansion.

Prior to joining FairCode, Canavan held senior sales leadership roles at Greenway Health, CareCloud, abeo, Medac, ConMed, and Alliance Healthcare Services, where he consistently drove enterprise growth initiatives and expanded strategic healthcare partnerships. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to align technology-enabled solutions with provider operational and financial objectives.

Canavan’s appointment reflects FairCode’s continued investment in scalable growth and innovation as the organization expands its revenue integrity and compliance solutions across the healthcare market.

Canavan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
