SpenglerFox appoints Mantalena Sykara as Principal

SpenglerFox is delighted to announce the appointment of Mantalena Sykara as Principal. Mantalena is a member of our Financial Services and Digitisation & Technology Practices, and is based out of SpenglerFox’ office in Athens, Greece.

Mantalena has more than 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining SpenglerFox she worked as Learning & Development Manager at a leading commercial bank where she was responsible for Group Central Units and Subsidiaries as well as Project Manager for two Academies. She has also worked as Organisation and People Development Assistant Manager, responsible for several projects related to development, people experience, selection and internal communication. Before that she worked for a prestigious global bank in different managerial roles in Retail and Consumer Banking.

She holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens, Greece. She also holds a bachelor’s in law from the University in Athens. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator and mentor.
