Sheffield Haworth Appoints Leader for Retail and Consumer Financial Services Practice

July 13, 2021 – Global leadership advisory and executive search firm Sheffield Haworth has named Tom Arnall as a director within the financial services practice in London. He joins the firm to further develop and lead the retail and consumer financial services arm of the business, partnering with new and existing clients to assist them with their interim, executive search and leadership development requirements.

Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Mr. Arnall spent nine years with a leading search and consulting group, latterly leading its banking business.  He has worked in partnership with an array of client firms to deliver C-suite and board-level roles, ranging from global to specialist and challenger banks, fintechs, non-bank lenders and the investor community that supports the ecosystem.

Newly Created Role

In another move, Sheffield Haworth recently added Georgina Harley, formerly a partner at Mercer Consulting, as a group managing director and head of new sectors and services. In the newly created role, Ms. Harley joined the executive management committee and is responsible for key growth areas including consulting and technology services, talent development and advisory, and interim and consultancy services.

During her 19-year career with Mercer, a human resource consulting business, she held a number of management and leadership roles in Sydney and London, including P&L management of growth businesses, international expansion of products and services, led multiple acquisitions and integrations, and managed cross functional teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and statistics from Australia National University and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
