Stig-Rune Reese started in the recruitment and executive search business in 1997. In 2003, he established A`HEAD Executive together with two partners. Mr. Reese works with managerial positions both in the private and the public sector. Stig-Rune Reese is a certified user of numerous leadership assessment tools. He is an expert user of the Hogan Assessment Systems` psychometric tests. Apart from being a Board Member of IMSA Search, Stig-Rune is holding the position of the CFO at IMSA Search, and is the Head of IMSA Assessment Centre Of Excellence.
