For over 15 years Monika recruits managers, executives, and board members while cooperating with international corporations, and large Polish accounts on behalf of Carpenter Consulting. Additionally, Monika holds the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Elevato Software, an innovative platform designed for managing HR processes i.e. recruitment, employees’ evaluations and development, talent management. For several years, Monika was holding the position of the CEO at new.doors, a company specializing in IT recruitments around Europe.
