Although Steph’s background lies in communications, her love for meeting new people, building long-lasting relationships and helping others succeed has led her to the recruitment industry. Originally from Cape Breton, Steph graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Public Relations in 2019 where she completed 3 co-op work terms and gained experience with writing, event planning, public speaking, marketing, and social media planning and strategy. From 2015-2018, Steph sat on the Mount Saint Vincent University Students Union and Senate as Professional Studies Representative, and in 2020, she completed a certificate of Communication Strategies in a Virtual Age from the University of Toronto. Steph is passionate about contributing to a healthy labour force, generating remarkable outcomes for the organizations she works with, and baking the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
