Shardeigh’s favourite projects are those that have an added element of difficulty in finding that ideal candidate, even more so when she has the opportunity to relocate a native Maritimer back to Atlantic Canada. Originally from Cape Breton herself, Shardeigh graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nova Scotia Community College. Shardeigh is motivated by knowing that she plays a part in helping organizations grow, and helping people land their next position. She thrives on the challenge of finding the perfect opportunity for people that sometimes don’t even realize they’re looking. Shardeigh loves telling a client’s story and hopes to soon be telling yours.
