JF Ratthé

JF started his entrepreneur career early having started and sold 2 successful businesses by the age of 28. He fully understands the start-up world and knows how to navigate the challenges associated having recently worked with Introhive, an AI powered SaaS platform recently recognized as a top 10 fastest growing technology company in Deloitte’s Fast 50 Awards. One of the reasons why JF is able to create successful lasting relationships with candidates and companies alike is due to his tireless work ethic and strong desire to understands their needs inside out. Finding that needle in a haystack of talent that is a perfect fit for an organization is why many clients trust him with their growth strategy.

JF received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship in 2005, earned his Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) Certification from the Institute of Professional Management in 2016 and most recently completed a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Development from the University of California at Berkeley.

Outside of work, JF is an avid outdoor enthusiast with an affinity for fishing, kayaking and hiking. He is a music afficionado who has a weak spot for the likes of Frank Sinatra and mid-century modern architecture and design.
