With over six years of experience in recruitment, including two years focused on executive search, Shayla has honed her ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients and candidates.

In her executive search role, Shayla partnered with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, supporting critical talent needs in complex roles. Now at Rokos Group, Shayla leads efforts to streamline operations through AI integration, optimized CRM processes, and a more engaging, personable approach to business development. She is also focused on enhancing Rokos Group’s brand and online presence through targeted marketing and branding strategies that increase visibility and strengthen client relationships.
