Chelsea Rokos

Chelsea Rokos is a partner at Rokos Group and leads the firm’s Sourcing Services function. She has successfully supported clients including Keck Medicine of USC, The Valley Health System, The Institute for Follicular Lymphoma Innovation and others and has earned an outstanding reputation for finding strong emerging talent for difficult to fill leadership roles in various functions at the Manager and Director level. Chelsea is also responsible for all Rokos Group video production, editing, and hosting.

Prior to joining Rokos Group, Chelsea enjoyed a long and successful career in the fashion/sportwear industry and worked for noted brands including Quiksilver and Amuse Society in their Merchandizing and Product Development departments.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. She is married to Greg Rokos and is an amazing mom to their two children, ages 7 and 9. She enjoys almost every type of workout, boating, pickleball, and hosting memorable gatherings for family and friends.
