Shannon Silsby

Shannon Silsby is a Partner at Pi Executive, an Executive Talent Advisory firm specialized in executive recruitment and leadership consulting. Shannon brings over 20 years of brand marketing experience to her leadership of the Pi Executive Interim Team having led global innovation teams for Unilever as well as creating breakthrough growth on both the top and bottom lines for national brands at privately held Combe Incorporated and venture capital backed Sun Products Corporation. Having been classically trained in marketing she knows the talent it takes to lead brand organizations.

Shannon lives in Darien, Connecticut where she also runs an active household of four children with her husband Jon.

A former All American athlete, Shannon finds her best thinking done while logging her daily miles on the road with her English Red Lab Carolina but also relishes the riches of a fabulous book or a yoga class. A prolific community builder, Shannon has served as a Board Member of several local and national community organizations. A native of Pennsylvania, Shannon earned her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before obtaining her MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester.

She is a recognized trailblazer in all she does and looks forward to leveraging her rich brand experience and exceptional communication skills and creativity into creating opportunities for Pi Executive’s clients and candidates.
