Marco Carega

Marco Carega is a Director at Pi Executive, an Executive Talent Advisory firm specialized in executive recruitment and leadership consulting. The firm recruits for Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups and creates unique solutions for each client. Marco’s extensive client engagement experience drives his ability to provide clients with the most tailored of talent solutions.

Marco has experience in various fields, most recently advising some of the world’s largest corporations on strategic communications and technology. Marco is passionate about problem solving through innovation and forward looking strategy, building meaningful relationships, and providing excellent client service. Marco also ran his own visual communications consultancy and worked in public relations at a nanotechnology research lab. Marco’s diverse background and language proficiency provide him with a unique outlook and experience.

Marco was born in France, and spent much of his childhood immersed in French and Italian culture, while growing up in the United States. An avid traveler and self-proclaimed explorer, Marco embraces every opportunity to seek out new destinations and parts unknown. Marco earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Northeastern University, focusing on media and business.

Marco and his wife, Thalita, live in Greenwich, Connecticut, and spend much of their time with family and friends on the lakes and shores of New England and Florida. Marco is passionate about hiking, running, and all things outdoors.
