Ranju Shergill

Ranju is a Partner of Pekarsky & Co., based in Calgary, Alberta. Originally from the U.K., and raised in Vancouver, she relocated to Calgary in 1993 when she started her career in environmental sciences.

Ranju practiced as a professional biologist within the environmental consulting sector which led to a 16-year career in which she had the opportunity to manage people, clients, business, and corporate services, as well as, travel many of Alberta’s roads.

With oversight of HR, marketing, IT, and HSE for a company with offices in Fort St. John, Grande Prairie, Edmonton, Calgary, Medicine Hat, Vermilion, Lloydminster and Estevan, Ranju developed a passion for operational excellence, business growth, and connecting with people at all levels of an organization.
