Rachel Lock recently joined K&A as a research associate. In this role, she identifies top talent across a diverse range of industries to assist senior staff in filling high profile executive roles. She conducts independent research to build industry knowledge across the firm and assists in the growth and management of K&A’s extensive candidate database. Her current experience includes both public and private sector clients in industries such as aviation, transportation, financial and professional services, real estate, security and defense, and consulting.
Rachel graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and has completed studies in the fields of Government and Sociology.
