Nicole Huque

Nicole Huque is a principal in K&A’s Global Aviation, Aerospace & Defense practice, specializing in board and senior executive placements. She brings an extensive network within the industrial sector, and over 15 years of management consulting and industry experience building high performing leadership teams. Previously, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition for multi-billion-dollar divisions of B/E Aerospace and Coca-Cola.

Since joining K&A in 2018, Nicole has been instrumental in key executive and board hires within the global Aviation and Aerospace industries. Her clients include Fortune 100’s, PE firms, large multi-nationals, high growth mid-market companies, and pre-IPO start-ups.

Nicole is a strong advocate for advancing diversity and gender balance in the C-suite and boardroom, and she is active in a number of civic, nonprofit, and professional organizations. She currently serves on the board of AIRLINK (a global humanitarian relief organization), and is a member of the Wings Club, International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA), International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), and Rotary International.

Ms. Huque holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and MBA with specializations in Finance and Marketing from Pace University – Lubin School of Business in New York.
