Mary Plum

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Development Guild DDI, Mary is driven by a passion for creating sustainable, positive change. With each engagement, Mary employs a dedicated, research-driven approach to meet our clients’ diverse and evolving needs. Mary has worked with a range of nonprofit institutions, including: BronxWorks, CancerCare, Clayton Christensen Institute, FamilyAid Boston, Fountain House, Hebrew SeniorLife, Mobilization for Justice, Smith College and the World Trade Centers Association.

Mary earned her M.A. in Public Advocacy and Activism at the National University of Ireland, Galway. While there, she served as the Team Leader of NUIG Enactus, where she created and oversaw a variety of projects to improve the community. Mary has also volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club of America, as well as at organizations assisting individuals with autism.

Mary may no longer be traveling across Europe on a regular basis, but she’s always ready for a new adventure! Outside of the office, you may catch Mary at the beach (she’s a certified scuba diver!), singing—she’s classically trained—and playing one of the eight instruments she knows, or attempting to better understand sports (she’s a loyal Buffalo Bills fan).
