Prior to joining Development Guild as a Senior Consultant, Lynn held fundraising positions at a number of distinct arts institutions. Most recently, she was the Director of Prospect Management, Stewardship, and Operations at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, where she created and implemented strategic and comprehensive development plans. Her previous work experience includes the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, The Phillips Collection, and the National Gallery of Art. Lynn is a graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
After growing up in southern Florida, Lynn spent time in North Carolina and DC before planting roots in Boston for 15 years. Today, she calls Oregon her (new) home! When not at work, Lynn keeps busy enjoying visual art installations, supporting land conservancy organizations, skiing, practicing yoga, and taking the occasional cold plunge (especially in the New England seas).
