Malcolm L. Coates

Malcolm Coates is a graduate in economics and business studies. Prior to entering the executive search field in 1983, he had a successful career in the corporate world in international human resources and industrial relations with Pilkington Glass, National Cash Registers (NCR), Colgate-Palmolive and Schlumberger.

He then worked for several years with a Paris based international search and selection consultancy before founding, in 1991, MC Consulting International Limited, as a retained executive search firm covering a broad range of industries and disciplines, serving international clients throughout Europe.

He has been an active and leading member of Agilium Worldwide (formerly World Search Alliance) since 1993 and is currently General Secretary and Member of the Executive Board.
