Lissa Rosenthal

Lissa is a Managing Director at DMC Partners and joined the firm in 2025. She focuses on mid- and senior-level placements at hedge funds. Lissa began her career in Equity Derivatives and Hedge Fund Services Sales at Credit Suisse and, after a successful tenure on the allocator side, moved into talent strategy in 2018. She has since led alternative asset management recruitment for top global funds with an allocator-informed, outcomes-driven approach.​
