Arielle Kogut

Arielle is a Managing Director with DMC Partners and joined the firm in 2025. She focuses on placements within capital raising, distribution, and broader strategic growth functions across the capital structure. Prior to joining DMC, Arielle launched and ran her own executive search firm, Celine Recruiting. Her professional experience began in investment banking and subsequently transitioned to deal sourcing at a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund, managing investor relationships at an asset manager, and fundraising within the venture capital space.
