Afsoon Jalili brings deep expertise in project management and administration across the professional services industry.

As a Project Coordinator at Massey Henry, she plays an integral role with the firm’s Search Delivery team, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and candidates throughout the executive search process. She also manages key administrative functions within the team.

Prior to joining Massey Henry, Afsoon was a Project Manager at a global executive search firm, where she supported leadership mandates across various industries, including financial services. Earlier in her career, she was a Project Coordinator in the CFO practice of a prominent talent consultancy and recruitment organization and previously served as a Legal Executive Assistant in the Securities and Capital Markets group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.

Afsoon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University, graduating with High Distinction.
