Lisa Flynn
Senior Associate
Lisa has over 30 years of executive search experience including Head of Research, internal recruitment functions, and independent research consulting. Assisting with a broad array of searches including the C-suite positions, her industry experience includes manufacturing, food manufacturing, life sciences/biotech, and financial services.
She holds an MFA from Cornell University and graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University with a BA in Broadcast Communications. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society, and is the Secretary and Board member of the Katonah Village Improvement Society.
