Jim leads Kincannon & Reed’s Animal Inputs & Aquaculture practice. He joined Kincannon & Reed after more than 28 years in global marketing and other executive roles inside world-class life science companies including Merck, Pfizer, and Bayer, and as Executive Director of Global Marketing for Novus International’s Animal Health and Nutrition business.
In addition, Jim’s ag background includes serving as VP of Marketing and Commercial Operations for DirectAg, and managing one of Hoechst-Roussel Ag-Vet’s three SBUs in North America.
Jim has participated in the World Food Prize Borlaug Dialogue as a panelist, served as a member of the Global IFIF/FEFANA SFIS Project Management Board, and is an active member of both the AFIA Sustainability Oversight Committee and the St. Louis World Affairs Council Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics.
