Lindsay Pankratz

Lindsay Pankratz is the Director in FPL Associates’ survey practice. She leads and oversees the day to day operations of the survey team which is responsible for 20 to 30 surveys annually within the real estate and related industries. Ms. Pankratz works and collaborates with many prominent real estate trade associations and companies on the development and execution of surveys addressing a variety of topics including:

• Board of Director and Corporate Governance practices
• Compensation
• Hiring and Staffing
• Organizational Practices

Prior to joining FPL, Ms. Pankratz was a Senior Technology Analyst with Towers Watson in their Employee Engagement Survey Practice.  Ms. Pankratz holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Masters of Information Systems with a concentration in Business Intelligence from DePaul University.
