Lara Langman

Lara manages all our onboarding and integration work and leads integration support for our clients and candidates. She brings over 23 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, working with global search and advisory firms as well as Fortune 500 organisations. With deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence and mindset development, Lara helps senior leaders define and achieve success in their professional and personal lives. Her work strengthens leadership capability, enhances communication and supports sustainable high performance. Originally from Brussels, Lara has lived and worked in France, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Japan. She now lives in East Sussex with her husband and two children. She holds a Master’s in Law, is fluent in French and English, and is accredited with multiple leading assessment tools.
