Bibette provides critical support across all our search delivery and is fundamental to my work. With more than 17 years’ experience in retained executive search, she combines rigorous research with deep insight into candidate markets. She spent seven years at Heidrick & Struggles in Johannesburg before relocating to London in 2013. Bibette leads our mapping, market intelligence and competitor analysis, enabling me to focus fully on client engagement. Highly data-driven, she thrives on complex assignments across diverse sectors and geographies. She holds a degree in Political Science and lives in Kent with her husband and two children.
