Emer Rohan

Emer works behind the scenes to ensure our operations run seamlessly. With 15 years’ experience in executive recruitment and a Master’s in International Marketing, she oversees logistics, optimises systems, and ensures our compliance. She began her career in Dublin, relocated to the UK in 2011, and now lives in East Sussex with her husband and three children. Alongside her work with us, Emer is an author. Her debut novel, Between You and Me, is selling strongly worldwide. She writes emotionally compelling family dramas in the vein of Adele Parks and Liane Moriarty.
