Kevin is a Partner and senior member of the firm’s Asset Management, Wealth, and Alternative Investments Practices. Kevin has over 15 years of professional search experience dedicated to serving the asset management industry.

Previously, Kevin spent nine years within the asset management practices of Heidrick & Struggles and Sheffield Haworth. He was also Chief of Staff for Fidelity Institutional Asset Management from 2005 to 2011. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning, talent and compensation strategy for the institutional business of Fidelity.

Kevin has successfully worked with clients to recruit senior leadership professionals including chief investment officers, heads of asset classes, and heads of global distribution. Additionally, he has led searches for portfolio managers, research analysts, sales, strategic marketing, product development and management, and relationship management professionals across retail, intermediary and institutional distribution channels. His clients include traditional asset managers, hedge funds, and private equity firms.

Kevin is an active member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and a Board Member of Berkshire Partners Blue Hills Club for Boys & Girls. He is also involved with Families First, a non-profit dedicated to nurturing parent-child relationships, in Boston. Kevin is a frequent contributor for both the CFA Institute and Boston Security Analysts Society.

Kevin received a BA from Boston College.
