Andy is a Co-Founder of Ridgeway Partners and focuses exclusively on our clients’ most critical senior executive and boardroom needs. In addition, he leverages more than 30 years of executive search experience in advising clients on overall talent strategy and succession planning.
Andy’s professional career began at JP Morgan in New York. In 1985, he launched an executive search practice and built a firm, Pendleton James Associates, specializing in board and senior level assignments. In 2000, he merged the firm with Whitehead Mann PLC and served as Chief Executive of US operations, and member of the parent company board. In 2004, Andy co-founded Ridgeway Partners. He divides his time between the New York and Boston offices.
Andy has extensive board experience. He has served on an international public company board, a mutual fund board, and boards in the arts, social service, education and government. He currently serves as chair of one nominating committee and serves on another. He received an AB from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an MPA from George Washington University.
