When you run into Ken at the office, you immediately feel his genuine interest in how you’re doing at that specific moment in time. Ken’s mild-mannered but intentional care for the people he works with makes it no surprise that he career double dipped, returning to the TSP team in 2015 after previously working for us in the mid ’90s.

Ken knows the people business. He blends that with a deep knowledge of the payer, provider, health and property & casualty insurance sectors, as well as medical affairs, clinical research, and corporate functions. Ken has over 20 years of executive and professional search experience.

He has conducted a wide variety of search assignments for large, multi-state healthcare and insurance companies, integrated delivery systems, Pharmaceutical Benefit Management (PBM) companies, specialty carve-out and venture capital-backed companies. Previously, Ken served as a consultant with Witt/Kieffer, and was an integral part of their healthcare, managed care and insurance practices.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
