Kelsey Utter
Healthcare Team Lead, Research & Operations
Kelsey joined The Bowdoin Group in 2014 and currently serves as the Healthcare Team Lead for Research and Operations. In this role, she is responsible for candidate sourcing, logistics, and market research on searches, ensuring the execution of a targeted research strategy to identify candidates whose backgrounds are a strong match for our clients’ needs. Additionally, she provides accurate, detailed reporting on searches’ overall progress and provides custom reporting and insights when appropriate. She also assists with overall account operations and creates marketing kits for conferences and client visits.
Prior to joining Bowdoin, Kelsey spent two years working in the non-profit space at Peace First. Here, she was a Program Coordinator working on contact management, systems and data analytics. She began her career as an advocate for LIFT Philadelphia.
Kelsey holds a B.A. in Gender and Women’s Studies and Humanities from Villanova University, where she had extensive volunteer experience working for RUIBAL. Kelsey is also a member of the Bowdoin Cares team and enjoys planning service events around the Boston area.
