Charlotte Marcoux

Charlotte is a Team Lead for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division at The Bowdoin Group, where she is responsible for candidate sourcing, logistics, and market research on searches, ensuring the execution of a targeted research strategy to identify candidates whose backgrounds are a strong match for our clients’ needs. In addition to this she provides accurate, detailed reporting on searches’ overall progress and provides custom reporting and insights when appropriate.

Prior to joining the The Bowdoin Group, Charlotte worked as a Senior Research Associate at Park Square Executive Search in Boston, MA.

She is a graduate of Connecticut College, where she served as captain of the Women’s Varsity Tennis team. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys recreational sports, going to concerts, and caring for her golden retriever.
