Connie joined The Bowdoin Group in May 2021 and is currently a Principal. At the firm, she is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and working to attract, recruit, and evaluate executive-level talent for searches within the Digital Health and Software & Technology vertical practices.
Connie has spent the majority of her career in management consulting focused on strategic recruitment and staffing of consultants on project engagements across industries including Life Sciences, Tech and Private Equity. Most recently, Connie successfully built out a new, centralized staffing function for the Strategic Projects group at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG).
Connie received a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College. She volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for North Carolina where she acts as a court appointed advocate for children who are abused or neglected. She lives in Wilmington, NC with her husband, 6 year old twins and her mother. During the week, she wakes up at 4:30 AM to go kickboxing for “fun”.
