Kathy Bremer

Kathy Bremer has spent her career raising aspirations in corporate, nonprofit and community settings. She is known for her tenacious pursuit of excellence on behalf of clients, colleagues and the larger community.

Kathy joined BoardWalk in 2007 after eight years as Partner and Managing Director with Porter Novelli, a global communications firm, where she oversaw ten-fold revenue growth in the Atlanta office and served clients including BellSouth and CDC. At BoardWalk, Kathy has led executive searches for Heifer, HIAS, Save the Children, Global Impact, the Aslan Foundation,

The Trustees of Reservations, the National Presbyterian Church (USA), Research!America, America’s Charities, Fairfield County Community Foundation and many other nonprofits. Kathy served from 1991 to 1998 as Senior Vice President of marketing and fundraising for CARE, which impacts over 25 million people annually in the developing world. During her tenure, private revenues grew 40% and the organization carried out global rebranding. Kathy’s interviews with mothers became the forerunner of CARE’s Women’s Initiative.
