Jordy Rabinowitz

Jordy Rabinowitz is a Managing Director with Gallagher’s Human Resources Compensation and Consulting business line, serving the Talent and Leadership Advisory Practice. Jordy brings close to 30 years of rich healthcare experience in large multi-hospital systems. Jordy has served as a C-suite partner in leading HR teams aligned with overall business strategy. He works closely with boards of directors and executive leaders to drive change through insightful analysis of complex workforce matters. Jordy has been key in hiring numerous executives into unique and complex roles and in redefining those roles before hiring.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Jordy served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth). This 10-hospital, seven-campus system located in New York’s Hudson Valley earns more than $2.5 billion in revenue employing a workforce of more than 13,000. As CHRO, Jordy oversaw strategic integration of the HR function for the growing network, including completely transforming engagement, communication, and culture. In this role, Jordy directed a team of more than 100 human resources and education professionals providing services to the network’s multi-employer entities.

Prior to leading the Human Resources function at WMCHealth, Jordy served as in-house counsel, specializing in labor and employment law, partnering closely with the Human Resource departments at WMCHealth, and before that, with the Long Island-based Northwell Health. Jordy continues to leverage his extensive legal experience in advising Boards and C-suites with all aspects of workforce issues.

Jordy has served as a Trustee for the 1199 SEIU Benefit and Pension funds, which provide healthcare and retirement coverage for thousands of active and retired New York based healthcare workers. Jordy is a member of American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Plan Sponsor Counsel of America (PSCA). He has presented at conferences sponsored by these organizations.

Jordy holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
