Johnny Friel

Johnny works closely with Lochlin’s Managing Partners and is responsible for leading the research and candidate development process for many of the firm’s executive search engagements. Johnny has worked with a diverse group of trade associations, nonprofits and charitable organizations, developing search strategies and providing insights to the founding partners and clients of the firm.

Before joining Lochlin Partners, Johnny was an Executive Search Specialist at Illumina, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of life science tools based in San Diego, California. Johnny was part of a high-impact team that focused on executive-level searches in government affairs, finance, medical affairs, communications, operations, corporate development, and marketing, both nationally and internationally.

Education
Johnny received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University with a major in Management and General Business.
