Jesse Klein

Jesse has been an instrumental partner in helping to cement KHI as an industry leader within life sciences executive search.  He is one of the driving forces in developing the organizations culture, creating an environment with an extensive focus geared towards delivery, accountability and sharing.  Jesse attributes KHIs success to it targeted and well networked approach as well as the team’s understanding of the drivers behind what it takes to create a successful organization.

In addition to overseeing the various clinical practices within KHI, Jesse also leads the Physician recruitment team.  Within the Physician practice, KHI has developed therapeutic expertise in Oncology, CNS, and Immunology along with a General Medicine division.  From emerging biotech to global pharma, the group has an unparalleled track record of success in helping their partners attract and retain some of the most sought after scientific leaders.

Prior to joining KHI, Jesse’s career started in sales and consulting capacities, developing top performing sales territories with several Fortune 500 companies.
