Josh Albert

Josh Albert joined Klein Hersh International (KHI) in 2002 and became managing partner within 3 years. He has since helped the company grow from an office of 5 to an industry leading executive search firm dedicated to the life science industry with a team of 35+ people. Klein Hersh has partnered with some of the most innovative companies, CEO’s and VC’s to attract and retain scientific leaders.

Josh and his team have immersed themselves within the life science marketplace with a vision of better understanding the subtle intricacies of their clients’ needs and their candidates’ ambitions.  Through this understanding, and a passion to identify the most highly sought after scientific leaders, Klein Hersh has been recognized as one of the preeminent scientific search partners.

Prior to KHI, Josh attended Saint Joseph’s University, where he was a Division 1 soccer player.
